Emotional alchemy. I can help you raise awareness of and release or alchemize suppressed and trapped emotions. Knowing yourself via your emotional terrain is emotional maturity. It starts with our heart.

Get your mind organized. I can help you recognize self-defeating mental patterns and beliefs (that could keep you in perpetual negativity) and facilitate releasing them. Awareness of your patterns gives you choice so you can finally stop looping or feeling stuck and start living.

Are you ready to know yourself and take responsibility for your life? When you accept your responsibility you will become a conscious creator. This is spiritual maturity.
